After my post yesterday on how to do a dumbbell floor chest press at home without any other equipment except for a pair of dumbbells I wanted to show you how to turn that exercise into more of a well-balanced workout. Whenever you’re working your chest muscles it’s a good idea to either pair that movement with a back, or pulling exercise, to keep your posture in alignment.
