1 and 1/2 it says in my Shop book from weightwatchers. hope this helps. its 2 if its on ciabatta. you can buy mini weightwatchers Garlic breads from morrisons. cant remember how many points they are but you could check on moggies website.

Allot of women i know who are trying to lose weight very rarely exercise and tend to try out slimming tablets and diets. Why do more men exercise to lose weight than women? Are women just lazy? I am a woman and i exercise and just adopt a healthy eating plan for life, rather than for a month so i can get into a new swimsuit? I find these womens’ approaches to weight loss and health disgusting.

I’m not severely overweight.. might not even be over weight at all.
I’m 5′5 and 146 pounds and 16 years old.
I’m hoping to get down to 120..
theres no deadline or anything and am looking to do it healthily with no rush intended..
I’ll be having gym class for an hour every morning until June and I’m going to be walking/jogging 30 minutes a day after school..
how many calories should i be eating a day to hopefully lose it by early May?
