Mixed bag today, again a lot having to do with the fact I don't feel well. I blame my boss for coming home from vacation sick and not staying away from work! I was fairly active today at least as per my normal standard as of late – both my kids had soccer practice and during my daughter's practice my son and I kicked the ball around quite a bit
