I just started the program 4 days ago and ive notices i have been peeing a lot, Way more than usual, and its not a uti , so is it normal to pee different when starting this diet?

You want to slim down and you’ve tried a lot to loose weight. Well the easiest thing you can do to loose weight is just stop eating or drinking sugar. This by itself you will notice a big change and after awhile you grow your own little addiction to water. See you on the slimmer side. (:
