what is teh ww formula to find out hwo many points allowed daily on ww? i know it has something 2 do with gender, activity level…i can’t locate it on ww website!
Would it be allowed? My BMI is 18 and I think it would be fun and also a great way to keep my eating on track.
something that isn’t going to take a whole year to see good results.. just wanna lose at least 30 lbs after having two kids and it is hard for me to lose weight by just eating right, not time for the gym.. so whats the best out there? is slim quick any good and ok for you?

I haven’t tried it personally. but I went to a psychologist who specialized in hypnosis for weight loss once. She told me it only works for 6 months, then it’s back to the old way of weight loss. I have confirmed that with other counselors I have spoken to on my way through life.

My name is Joy,and I recently went on a diet and loss 10lbs.(yay!)
I am now 5′6 and weigh 145 lbs.
I am still not happy with my weight and want to lose 15 more lbs.
I eat VERY healthy and exercise ALOT, but I am having lots of trouble. I can’t seem to lose more weight!
So, I was wondering if anyone can give me any tips?
