Over the past year or two, I keep hearing about OBGYNs running weight loss centers?
What does diet have to do with gynocology? I mean, sure it’s medicine and diet impacts health, but this would make more sense to see in a cardiologist’s office.
I assume it’s all about money, but I wondered if anyone else has noticed this?
What I’m looking for is a site where you can post pics and keep an online journal of how well your weight loss is going… any ideas?
Thanks in advance!
I was wondering if eating oats will help me with weight loss. I know about the fiber content of oats, so I thought it might help, but are oats one of the “white foods” to be avoided in diets? (Like white bread, pasta, white rice, etc.) Also, what is the best way to eat oats? Is instant oatmeal bad? Is the Quaker brand OK?
I’m doing the Core plan and I’ve run out of ideas. Anyone have any easy, tasty recipes, preferably with some kind of meat? Thank you!
How do these concepts help weight loss? What can I do to follow these concepts? I go to gym everyday for the last 3 weeks. thanks.
I’m quite overweight (about 20-30 lbs) and I’m looking for a weight loss pill that has a good reputation and is reliable for my age group.
I want to work on losing weight alot of these online website charge. What’s a good free weight loss website?
If you’ve ever had a successful weight loss attempt, how was your mood at the beginning of it? Did you start a diet/exercise routine out of depression and disgust, or were you pumped up by the thought of your new lifestyle?
Right now I’m down in the dumps about the whole weight loss thing and tomorrow am starting yet another exercise routine out of necessity (health). I’ve about had it with dieting and trying to eat healthily. I see no light at the end of the tunnel.
Have you ever felt like that and ended up succeeding after all?
I have a dessert but I need a main dish that can be okay in a few days without tasting bad, any ideas?
By would be followed by healthy eating.
Which one do you think would help with weight loss more?
