I scale the heights and slim down the drainpipe
I don’t have a treadmill or YMCA membership or anything and i would give jogging a try but i don’t like it.. Would you lose a little weight if you rode your bike everyday for awhile?
Do you use it in one day or do you allow an extra 5 points a day? Or do you even use it at all?
I go to my first meeting on sunday and the daycare is not open on sundays.
I really wanna join weight watchers because i want to loose at least 20 pounds if not more. I know its like 40 or 50 bucks a month and i want to know what should i excpect or how helpful was it for you ?
Im 23 and wanna loose 20 - 35 pounds
What I’m looking for is a site where you can post pics and keep an online journal of how well your weight loss is going… any ideas?
Thanks in advance!
The point of their point system is to give your body enough calories for your normal activities to maintain good health. The lower calories of course means you will hopefully be buring extra fat to lose weight. Also from those points you are to be choosing foods that meet your minimum requirements for a good daily diet (certain amount of veggies, milk, lean protiens, etc.).
If you don’t eat all your points it’s debatable weather you will lose weight faster or not. If what you did eat at least meet your nutritional needs for the day you very well could lose a little more weight, but it’s not easy to do with smaller amounts of points. Metabolism is part of the issue as well. My situation is one where I’d only eat twice a day rather large meals. It taught my body to conserve everything and slowly put on weight so in my case I have to constantly eat little bits to keep my metabolism going and reteach my body that it doesn’t need to conserve as much yet keep the calories down to help burn more than I take in. Crazy, huh?
what’s the serving size and how many points?
Also, whats your favorite 0 or 1 pt snack?
In a year i went from 152 to 113, I’m 5′3
I hav estopped losing weight and increased my calorie intake, and my protein, but I’m experiencing the folliowing symptoms;
Hair loss(not chunks just strands)
And it’s been 6 months since i got my period, I went to the doctor and did blood tests and some other hormone tests as well, but it turns out everything is fine, so i’m guessing i’m not sick or suffering from anorexia or else that would have been pointed out, but i have read that this is common when weightloss occurs, can anyone back that up?
I tried the baked ziti tonight it is YUMMY! I love the ice cream cones too.
